Why Cleveland, Ohio?
We moved to Cleveland, Ohio, because we believe that when a city is on the rebound (like Cleveland is) there’s just an abundance of cheap, large spaces that attract creative-artist types. Cleveland has plenty of web design related companies, graphic artists, frame makers, glass blowers, large format printers, photographers and videographers, illustrators, writers, animators, etc. So we found a great, inexpensive (LARGE) loft and set up camp in an area where we can bicycle virtually everywhere we want to go in Cleveland. Not only do we have an endless local source of support, we thrive on the contagious energy they bring with them.
Plus, Cleveland is a great city in which to live, work, play and explore! Whenever we want to get away for a couple hours, a weekend or more, we simply don’t have to go far. Cleveland is definitely the place to be right now!

The Roller Coaster Capital of the World, which features over 75 rides, a white sand beach, and 2 waterparks. Ask anyone who loves roller coasters, Cedar Point is a must go! |

Cleveland Lakefront State Park |
Provides sand & swimming beaches, tree-lined picnic areas, pavilions, and panoramic views of the lake along the shoreline. During the summer months, local drummers set up each Sunday afternoon and play beautifully, unrehearsed tunes on African drums. Bystanders are invited to participate! Bring your kite too! |

Sixteen reservations across 21,000 acres encircling the City of Cleveland, which include hundreds of miles of walking, bicycle, and horse trails, parks, picnic areas, golf courses, and fishing holes. We’ve bicycled everywhere between here and Akron! In just over a year, we’re proud to say, “We know Cleveland!” |

Put In Bay, South Bass Island |
A tiny two-by-four-mile island dotted with historic homes, the nation's third tallest monument, quaint restaurants, and local pubs. Shopping, boating, perch fishing, walleye fishing, camping, great restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife offer something for everyone. Rent a golf cart and head down to the water for a beer! |

Visit the actual house used in the memorable film "A Christmas Story," completely restored to its movie splendor. And don’t forget to visit Tower City where the mall scene was shot. You’ll recognize it right away. |

Cleveland Botanical Garden |
The only Glasshouse of its kind worldwide, featuring 10 acres of beautiful gardens, including a children's garden. Everyday at 2 p.m. they release hundreds of butterflies in the glasshouse…a must see! |

Great Lakes Science Center |
Hosting the region's only OMNIMAX theater, the science center is also home to more than 400 hands-on exhibits and demonstrations. Some of the exhibits need attention, but overall, it’s a great afternoon activity, and you must see something at the Omnimax. |

International Women's Air & Space Museum |
Sally Ride and other female aviators are celebrated here through exhibits and a hands-on mission control console. It’s nothing grand, but it’s a solid tribute. |

James A. Garfield National Historic Site |
The 20th President of the United States, a Cleveland native, is celebrated here with guided tours and a visitors center. The castle-style monument is built from Cleveland harvested sandstone. The basement crypt is a bit eerie, but you’ll love the view from the top! |

Just a few minutes south of the city, this museum explores the courage and achievements of Cleveland's Jewish community. |
